| 摘 要： | 目的评价桡动脉压迫带（TR Band）的临床应用价值。方法选取接受桡动脉介入治疗的患者113例,随机分为观察组53例和对照组60例。观察组采用TR Band止血;对照组采用弹性粘贴固定绷带止血。通过2组比较对照,研究分析绷带压迫和TR Band压迫两种方式的病人穿刺点出血情况、舒适度和局部皮肤并发症的发生情况。结果观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,P〈0.05。结论术后应用TR Band操作简便,效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinical values of the TR band.Methods: 113 patients who had accepted the radial artery interventional radiology were randomly divided the case group(53 cases) and the control group(60 cases).The TR band was used in the case group and the routine nursing method was used in the control group.Results:The incidence rate of complication in the case group was significant lower than that of in the control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion: TR band can be convenient to operate and effective to stop the blood. |
