摘    要:综述国外近年来报道的非溶剂包衣法在药剂学领域的研究进展。介绍几种具代表性的非溶剂包衣方法,包括干粉包衣、热融包衣、静电包衣、压制包衣、光熟化包衣和超临界流体包衣等,及其在速释和缓控释制剂中的应用,为设计更加安全、便利和高效的包衣方法提供理论依据和商业参考。

Abstract:The research progress on solventless coating in pharmaceutics is reviewed in this paper. Several representative solventless coating methods, including dry powder coating, hot-melt coating, electrostatic coating, compression coating, photocurable coating, supereritical fluid coating etc, and their application in quick and sustained release preparations are introduced for the purpose of providing theoretical basis and commercial reference for designing safer, more convenient and efficient coating methods.
