摘    要:目的 建立胎儿骨髓间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cells,MSC)的分离培养方法,并对其表面标志进行检测。方法 采用体外细胞培养技术,分离培养胎儿骨髓MSC,用流式细胞术对其进行鉴定,并研究其增殖及生长特征。结果 流式细胞术证明,MSC具有间质细胞的特征。原代及传代培养显示,胎儿骨髓MSC具有活跃增殖的能力。结论 胎儿骨髓MSC作为组织工程重建的种子细胞具有较强的可行性。

Abstract:Aim To establish a method for isolation and cultivation of fetal bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) and to detect their surface makers. Methods MSC were isolated from bone marrow blood and purified via centrifuge and in vitro culture, MSC were analyzed by the flow cytometry. The proliferation and growth characteristics of MSC were observed during primary and passage cultures. Results Flow cytometry analysis showed that fetal bone marrow derived MSC exhibited the characteristics of mesenchymal cells, MSC had an active proliferative ability in primary and passage cultures. Conclusion Fetal bone marrow derived MSC has a great feasibility as the seed cells for tissue engineering reconstruction.
