摘    要:目的:探讨泌尿系统肿瘤组织中核干细胞因子(NS)mRNA的表达情况.方法:采用RT-PCR方法,检测43例肾细胞癌、36例膀胱移行细胞癌、36例前列腺癌组织以及其中24例患者相应的癌旁正常组织中NS mRNA的表达情况.结果:55.8%(24/43)的肾细胞癌组织、69.4%(25/36)的膀胱移行细胞癌组织和66.7%(24/36)的前列腺癌组织中NS mRNA表达阳性,癌旁正常组织均未见阳性表达.不同分级、分期肿瘤组织之间NS mRNA的表达差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:NS基因有可能作为一种新的肿瘤标志物用于泌尿系统肿瘤的诊断和恶性程度的判断.

Abstract:Aim:To investigate the expression of nucleostemin(NS)mRNA in human urologic neoplasms tissue.Methods:RT-PCR was used to detect NS mRNA in the samples of renal cell carcinoma(n=43),bladder transitional cell carcinoma(n=36),prostate cancer(n=36)and 24 relevant surrounding normal tissue,respectively.Results:NS mRNA was detectable in 55.8%(24/43)renal cell carcinoma,69.4%(25/36)bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 66.7%(24/36)prostate cancer tissue,and was not detected in relevant surrounding normal tissue.The expression of NS mRNA were related significantly to the grade and stage of tumor(P<0.05).Conclusion:The NS gene is expressed in human urologic neoplasms,and might serve as a new biomarker for diagnosis and estimate the malignancy of urologic neoplasms.
