腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿对照研究

目的 观察腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床疗效.方法 选取我院收治的90例卵巢巧克力囊肿患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,比较2组患者的临床疗效.结果 两组患者镇痛率及术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院时间比较,均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;手术时间及感染率比较,无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;对照组患者痛经好转率为79.49％,观察组患者痛经好转率为95.12％,两组比较,差异显著具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组患者病情复发率比较,无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 腹腔镜手术是一种微侵袭、小创伤、早期恢复的术式,术后镇痛率、感染率低,可以有效提高患者的受孕几率,值得临床推广应用.

Comparative study of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy in the treament of ovarian chocolate cyst

Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy in the treatment of ovari- an chocolate cyst. Methods ： Ninety cases of ovarian chocolate cysts in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, and the 2 groups were compared in the clinical efficacy. Results ： The two groups of patients were statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; In the comparison of the operation time and the rate of infection, there was no statisti- cal significance in analgesic rate and amount of bleeding, postoperative exhaust time, hospitalization time （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the eontrol group patients dysmenorrhea improvement rate was 79.49%, and the observation group patients dysmenorrhea im- provement rate 95.12%. In the comparison between the two groups, difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the comparison of two groups of patients＇relapse rate, there was no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conelusion： Lapa- roseopic operation is a minimally invasive with small trauma, early recovery operation, postoperative analgesia rate and low infection rate, which can effectively improve the pregnancy rate of the patients and is worthy of clinical application.
