| 摘 要： | ３０９例慢性浅表性胃炎患者，随机分为消胀冲剂治疗组１４７例及辨证施治组１６２例，进行症状，胃镜，病理疗效对比分析。结果消胀冲剂组及辨证治疗组症状改善总有效率分别为９２．５％，９２．６％，两者无显著性差异；胃镜疗效总有效率分别为８６．４％，８４．６％，两者无显著性差异；病理疗效总有效率分别为８５％，７０．４％，两者比较差异有显著性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of Xiaozhang granule for chronic superficial gastritis. Method:329 cases of chronic superficial gastritis were randomly allocated to two groups:147 cases(group A) were treated with Xiaozhang granule and 162 cases (group B) with other Chinese herbal medicines.The changes of symptom,gastroscopic and pathologic picture were studied. Results: The total effective rates of symptom relief, gastroscopic and pathologic picture in group A were 92.5% ,86.4% and 85.0%,while 92.6%,84.6% and 70.4% in group B respectively. A significant difference between the two groups was found in the total effective rates of pathologic picture. Conclusion:Xiaozhang granule has advantages over other Chinese herbal medicines in the improvement of pathologic picture and has a practical value for curing and preventing recurrence of the disease. |
