求实创新 构建高等职业学校德育工作体系

搞好高等职业学校的德育工作，必须从育人高度确定高职人才的培养目标，构建德育工作的整体框架，形成党委统一领导，党、政、工、团、学生组织共同参与，各负其责，齐抓共管的大德育工作格局。本文运用系统论的科学管理方法，从强化制度建设，建立德育工作运行机制；明确德育工作目标，加强校园文化建设；广开途径，落实德育内容、实现德育目标等三个方面，论述了如何使德育注重对青年大学生基础文明修养的塑造，突出世界观和信仰修养，既体现实用性和针对性，又体现层次性和目标性，从而在整体上构建高等职业学校德育体系。

Construction of Moral Education Work System in Higher Vocational Technical School through Practice and Creation

Favorable moral education work system in higher vocational technical school should establish the goal of higher vocational talent development and constitute the overall framework of moral education works in terms of people education, thus forming the large moral education work pattern involving unified leadership of party committee, fellowship of the party, government, labor union, league committee, and student organizations who go about their respective terms of references and manage in a cooperative way. From three aspects such as reinforcing system construction and establishing operational mechanism, clarifying the goal of moral education works and strengthening campus culture construction, and implementing the moral education content and achieving the moral education goal in many open ways, this paper adopted scientific management methods of Systems Theory to address how to make the moral education stress on basic civilization training among young undergraduate students and underlie self-cultivation of world outlook and faith to reflect not only practicality and direction but structure and goal, thus establishing the presumption of moral system in higher vocational school as a whole.
