经内镜高弹力不折导丝空肠置管在小肠空气稀钡造影中的应用

摘    要:目的 探索在胃镜下小肠双对比造影的方法及价值。方法 在胃镜下,通过高弹力不折导丝活检道置导线入空肠,拔除胃镜,依导丝将空肠管置入空肠,再依次灌钡剂及空气造影。结果 40例造影全部成功,无1例出现并发症,每例置管时间4-10分钟(平均6.8分钟),26例有阳性发现(占65%),假阳性1例(2.5%),结论 胃镜下高弹力导丝行小肠稀钡造影。方便、安全有效,有推广价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the method and value of the small intestinal double contrast radiography under gastroscope.Methods Insert a piece of wire ( i.e. the duodenum high elastic and no roll wire)through the gastroscope into the jejunm;withdraw the gastroscope;put the jejunal tube into the jejunum along the wire,and then perform the small intestinal double contrast radiography.Results Radiography was performed with gdsuccess in 40 cases (100%),no complication was found.Positive signs were found in 26 patients(65%),and false positive signs were found in 1 patient( 2.5% ).Conclusion With the aid of putting jejunal tube into jejunum along the high elastic and no roll wire under gastroscope,the small intestinal double contrast radiography is valuable for making correct diagnosis of small intestinal diseases.It is easy to master the fechniques with high efficiency and safety.
