| 摘 要： | 自体大隐静脉是冠脉搭桥术中最常用的材料,但其远期通畅率令人失望。许多基础研究正在尝试防止其再狭窄的发生。从十多年前最初的实验开始至今,基因治疗在该领域已取得显著的进步。现对基因治疗静脉桥再狭窄现状及将来可能应用技术作一综述。

| Abstract: | Autogenous saphenous veins are the most common material used in coronary artery bypass grafting.However,its long-term patency was disappointing.Many basic researches are trying to prevent the incidence of restenosis.Since the initial experiments nearly a decade ago,a remarkable progress has been made in the field of gene therapy.The current state of gene therapy for vein graft restenosis and the new technologies that may be adopted in the future are reviewed. |
