| 摘 要： | 本文对３０例５年以上病史的腰椎管狭窄的病人进行病程分析。在５年病程中，７０％的病人症状无改变，１０％改善、２０％加重。５年内无严重加剧的趋势，但５年以上，几乎所有病人的症状都加重，均需手术治疗。本文对其病程作了初步观察分析，使我们对其病程的规律有一定了解。
