云南农村妇女生殖道感染综合干预效果分析

目的探索一种以人为本、多方参与、针对性和参与性强、与农村妇女文化背景及当地的经济基础相接近的生殖道感染防治的最佳社区健康促进模式,降低农村妇女生殖道感染的发生率,提高健康水平和生活质量。方法选择一个内地汉族为主的县和一个边疆少数民族县,以2县6个样本村的18～49岁2020名农村育龄妇女作为研究对象,采用省—县—乡(镇)—村四级妇幼保健和计划生育系统联合干预的社区健康促进模式,逐级培训本土的健教人员,开展以促进农村妇女健康为目标、社区及群众共同参与、灵活生动、新颖有效、形式多样、参与性强的健康促进活动,广泛传播妇女生殖道感染防治知识。结果样本村在项目实施后,社区妇女对生殖道感染疾病防治知识知晓率、健康行为形成率均发生了明显变化,生殖道感染患病率显著下降。结论省—县—乡(镇)—村四级妇幼保健和计划生育系统联合干预的健康促进模式具有比较好的发展前景,多部门合作有利于整合当地的各种资源,提高社区的健康水平,促进了农村社区健康可持续发展。

Analysis on the effect of prevention and treatment of reproductive tract infections (RITs) among rural women in Yunnan Province

Objective To establish health promotion methods for the prevention of reproductive tract infections(RTIs),in accordance with the women's characteristics and acceptability,so as to reduce the RTIs incidence and improve the living quality of women.Methods The subjects included 2 020 rural women aged 18-49 from Mile County and Longchuan County.Health education was widely performed in study area by lively activities.Local health workers were trained to implement health education activities.Results The awareness rate of RTIs and the percentage of women who take the health behavior were significantly elevated after the project being carried out.The RTIs incidence was markedly decreased.Conclusion Integrated intervention of health promotion by various department's cooperation and local health personnel's training,is effective model to health projects and health educations.
