| 摘 要： | 本文报道采用超声显象仪对41例糖尿病患者测定心脏血管腔径变化。发现糖心组患者左房内径、左室后壁及室间隔较非糖心组增大、增厚,两组有极显著差异;并发现左室后壁顺应性降低,其中7例左室后壁呈现点状不匀反光增强之回声,推测为心肌缺血及心肌纤维化病变所致。同时发现糖心组患者左心功能低下,与糖尿病微血管病变密切相关。

| Abstract: | This paper reports changes in the cardiovascular diameter measured by ultrasonography in 41 cases of diabetes. The left atria diameter ( LAD ), left ventricular posterior wall ( LVPW ) and interven-tricular septal ( IVST) were found to be larger and thicker in diabetic heart disease group ( DHD ) than those in no-diabetic heart disease group (NDHD), and significant diffcrence was observed jetween the two groups. It was found that compliance of LVPW fell down in DHD. The intensity of echoes was increased with uneven sports in LVPW in 7 cases. These may be referable to ischemia and fi-brosis cf myocardia. tempairment of left ventricular function ocurred in patients with DHD and this abnormeiities secm to he related to microangropathy of diabetes. |
