| 摘 要： | 目的建立清脑复神液中橙皮苷的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Hypersil C18柱（250×4.6mm,5μm）,流速为1mL·min-1,流动相：甲醇-醋酸-水（32∶8∶60）,检测波长为283nm。结果橙皮苷在0.25μg～6.34μg间呈良好线性关系,Y=0.9998;平均回收率98.96%,RSD为0.99%。结论该方法专属性强,重现性好,可用于清脑复神液中陈皮苷的测定。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To determine the content of Hesperidin in Qingnaofushen Oral Liquid.METHODS HPLC was used.The mobile phase was methanol-acetic acid-water（35∶4∶61）at aglowrate of 1mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 283nm.RESULTS The had a good liner ship in range of 0.25μg～6.34μg,The recoveries were 99.56%,with RSD 0.73%,respectively.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Qingnaofushen Oral Liquid. |
