| 摘 要： | 用IHA法检测患先天性疾病儿童147例,患一般疾病儿童396例和健康儿童150例血清弓形虫抗体。结果阳性率分别为21.08%,3.53%和2.00%。患先天性疾病儿童弓形虫抗体阳性率显著高于一般疾病和健康儿童,P<0.001,差异非常显著。提示弓形虫感染可引起儿童先天性疾病或畸形。 |

| Abstract: | Using IHA method,serum toxoplasmatic antibody was measured in 147 children afflicted with congenital diseases,369 children with general diseases and 150 healthy children.Toxoplasmatic antibody positive rates were 21.08%,3.53% and 2.0% respectively.Significantly higer toxoplasmatic antibody levels were thus obtained in children with congenital diseases than those with general diseases and those in healthy condition(P<0.001).These results suggested that toxoplasmatic infection may be the cause leading to congenital diseases or malformations in children.Thus,we propose that serum toxoplas matic antibody test should be performed during the first trimester of pregnancy, in order to prevent fetal toxoplasmosis infection. |
