| 摘 要： | 甲芪肝纤颗粒具有疏肝活血以化瘀、健脾益气以祛湿及解毒抗纤的作用。治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝郁血瘀、脾虚湿滞证，显效率及有效率优于对照药和络舒肝胶囊。其作用机制与解毒化瘀，增强自身免疫，抑制纤维细胞增殖及胶原生成率等有关。

| Abstract: | Jiaqi Ganxian Granule has the function of soothing the liver and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, of strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi to remove dampness and toxic substances and resist liver fibrosis. Its effectual rate and effective rate are superior to those of the controlled medicine and Heluo Shugan Capsule in treating syndromes of the liver-qi stagnation and blood stasis and water retention due to hypofunction of the spleen. Its functional mechanism relates to removing toxic substances, strengthening human body's immunity, resisting the proliferation of fibrous cells and collagen formation rate. |
