食管癌APC/MCC基因杂合缺失的研究

摘    要:目的 研究APC/MCC基因杂合性缺失(LOH)与食管癌发生发展的关系。方法 多聚酶锭反应技术及限制性片段长度多态现象对46例食管癌APC和MCC基因的LOH进行了分析。结果 食管癌APC和MCC基因LOH阳性表达分别为29.0%和33.3%。结论APC、MCC基因的LOH是食管癌的常见改变,可能参与了食管癌的发生。

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the loss of heterozygosity (LOH) at APC and MCC genetic loci and the incidence and development of esophageal carcinoma. Methods LOH at APC and MCC genetic loci in 46 specimens resected from esophageal neoplasm was studied with polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP). Results LOH was 29.0% and 33.3% at APC and MCC genetic loci, respectively. Significant correlation was found between LOH at genetic loci and clinical parameters ( P >0.05). Conclusion This study suggests that LOH at APC and MCC genes is the common genetic alteration in esophageal carcinoma and may participate in the genesis of esophageal carcinoma.
