仙仲注射液对兔早期膝骨性关节炎血清及软骨中SOD,NO含量的影响

摘    要:目的:评价仙仲注射液对兔早期膝骨性关节炎(OA)血清及软骨中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响.方法:120只日本大耳白兔随机分为空白组、模型组(生理盐水每1wk0.5mL,1次)、海诺特组(海诺特每1wk0.5mL,1次)、仙仲Ⅰ,Ⅱ组(仙仲注射液每次0.5mL,每1wk1次和2次),均为关节腔给药.给药8wk后检测血清及关节软骨中SOD,NO含量.结果:仙仲Ⅰ,Ⅱ组及海诺特组与模型组相比,血清及关节软骨中SOD含量均升高(P〈0.01)、NO含量均降低(P〈0.01).结论:仙仲注射液对早期膝OA关节退变具有一定修护作用.
