人工全髋关节置换术围术期使用抗菌药物的疗效比较（附30例）

目的：分析比较在人工全髋关节置换术患者围术期不同时间内应用抗菌药物的疗效。方法：对60例人工全髋关节置换术患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。观察组在手术中开始使用抗菌药物,对照组术后才予使用抗菌药物。结果：观察组术后切口愈合情况、抗菌药物使用时间、术后切口感染率、平均住院天数与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：人工全髋关节置换术手术中预防地使用抗菌药物,可明显提高临床疗效。

Total Hip Replacement in the Perioperative Period Compared the Efficacy of Using Antimicrobial Drugs (30 Case)

Objective： To compare the efficacy of the perioperative application of antibiotics for total hip replacement patients in different periods. Methods： 60 patients with total hip arthroplasty were randomly divided into group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 cases. Observed in the surgery group started using antibacterial drugs in the control group were only for the use of antimicrobial agents. Results： The postoperative wound healing,frequency of use of antibiotics, hospital infection rates,average length of stay compared with the control group,differences were statistically significant （P〈0. 05） . Conclusions： Total hip arthroplasty surgery to prevent the use of antimicrobial drugs may improve the clinical efficacy.
