不同刺激剂赫氏培养基对鼠疫菌生长影响的观察

目的观察不同刺激剂对鼠疫菌生长的作用,筛选出理想的刺激剂。方法在原有刺激剂的基础上,新增生长液（破伤风培养基用Ⅰ号溶液）,分别加入到赫氏基础培养基上,通过活菌数实验观察4种刺激剂对鼠疫菌生长的影响。结果经实验观察,破伤风培养基用Ⅰ号溶液和10%脱纤维兔溶血无统计学差异（q=0.95,P〉0.05）,破伤风培养基用Ⅰ号溶液和2.5%亚硫酸钠存在差异性（q=4.47,P〈0.05）,破伤风培养基用Ⅰ号溶液和0.2%硫酸亚铁的差异有统计学意义（q=5.41,P〈0.05）。结论破伤风培养基用Ⅰ号溶液和10%脱纤维兔溶血,对鼠疫菌刺激剂作用优于2.5%亚硫酸钠和0.2%硫酸亚铁。

Observation on effect of different irritants in Hershey medium ongrowth of Yersinia pestis

Objective To observe effect of different irritants on growth of Yersinia pestis so as to screen the ideal irritants.Methods On basis of the original irritants,a new growth-promoting media（tetanus medium solutionⅠ） was added into Hershey basal medium,and the effect of the 4 irritants on the growth of Yersinia pestis was observed by experiment of viable count.Results The experiment showed that,no statistical difference existed between tetanus medium solutionⅠ and 10% defiber hemolysis solution of rabbits（q=0.95,P0.05）,and the difference was found compared tetanus medium solutionⅠ with 2.5% sodium sulfite and 0.2% ferrous sulfate（q=4.47,q=5.41,P0.05）.Conclusions The stimulant effect of tetanus medium solutionⅠ and 10% defiber hemolysis solution of rabbits on the growth of Y.pestis is better than that of 2.5% sodium sulfite and 0.2% ferrous sulfate.
