瘦肉精检测方法研究进展

摘    要:近年来,"瘦肉精"事件屡禁不绝,如何高效快速地检测出瘦肉精成分,成为其有效监管的重要环节。因此,本文综述了近5年来瘦肉精检测方法的研究进展,为更高效地检测出瘦肉精提供参考。

Abstract:In recent years,despite repeated prohibitions,lean meat powder was still applied in livestock breeding.How to detect it fast and efficiently becomes an important part of effective supervision.Therefore, the latest detection methods of lean meat powder developed within 5 years were introduced in this article, which may provide more efficient methods for detection of lean meat powder.
