| Abstract: | In recent years,despite repeated prohibitions,lean meat powder was still applied in livestock breeding.How to detect it fast and efficiently becomes an important part of effective supervision.Therefore, the latest detection methods of lean meat powder developed within 5 years were introduced in this article, which may provide more efficient methods for detection of lean meat powder. |
