2000～2010年甘肃省人间鼠疫疫情分析

目的了解甘肃省人间鼠疫疫情现状,掌握人间疫情动态趋势,为今后制定防控政策提供依据。方法统计分析2000～2010年甘肃省人间鼠疫疫情资料。结果 2000～2010年甘肃省共发生人间鼠疫疫情5起,发病5例,死亡3例,病死率60%;感染者主要为外来务工人员,传染源为染疫病死旱獭,基层医务人员是发现鼠疫疫情的前哨。结论甘肃省人间鼠疫正处于流行期,应加强基层医务人员培训和外来务工人员的管理,做好控制人间鼠疫的应急准备。

Analysis of epidemic situation of human plague from 2000 to 2010 in Gansu Province

Objective To understand and predominate trends of epidemic situation of human plague better than before for formulating the policy of plague control in Gansu Province.Methods Epidemic data of human plague from 2000 to 2010 were analyzed.Results There were totally 5 outbreaks of human plague epidemics,including 5 cases and 3 died with cases fatality rate of 60% from 2000 to 2010.The majority of the infected were foreign workers,and the source of infection was mainly from sick or died Marmota himalayana infected with plague.Local medical workers were the outpost to detect plague.Conclusions Human plague is in prevalence in recent years.Training local medical workers and managing foreign workers should be reinfored,and emergency of human plague must be in control.
