甘肃省旱獭鼠疫疫源地疫情态势分析

目的了解甘肃省旱獭疫源地鼠疫疫情流行现状,从而更好地掌握今后疫情动态发展趋势。方法对甘肃省旱獭疫源地人间与动物间疫情监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2000～2009年甘肃省旱獭疫源地发生人间鼠疫4起,发病4例,死亡2例;10年间检菌440株,其中动物检菌318株,检出率为1.60%;昆虫检菌122株,检出率为1.20%;IHA检测发现阳性418份,阳性率3.50%。结论甘肃省旱獭疫源地动物鼠疫正处于猛烈流行期,应做好控制人间鼠疫的应急准备。

Analysis of epidemic situation of Marmota himalayana plague natural focus in Gansu Provence

Objective To understand epidemic situation of Marmota himalayana plague natural focus in Gansu Province and to predominate dynamic tendency of epidemic situation in future.Methods Surveillance data of human and animal plague from 2000 to 2009 were analyzed with statistics.Results There were 4 outbreaks of human plague,with 4 cases of onset and 2 cases died from 2000 to 2009.440 strains of Y.pestis were isolated with 318 strains from animals and 122 strains from arthropods,and detection rate of 1.60% in animals and 1.20% in arthropod.418 positive samples were detected with positive rate of 3.50%.Conclusions Animal plague epidemic is in violent periods in recent years.Stringency should be done well in control of human plague.
