| 摘 要： | 目的 研究利生康胶囊在发挥抗癌作用的同时对机体免疫功能的影响。方法 采用免疫器官质量法、碳粒廓清法、血清溶血素生成法和T_4,T_8,NK活性测定法,对给予利生康胶囊的肿瘤模型小鼠和对照组小鼠的免疫功能进行测定,并对结果进行分析。结果 利生康胶囊能提高小鼠脾指数、胸腺指数和碳粒廓清速率,能提高其血清溶血素(HC_(50))水平和活性,明显降低T_8活性。结论 利生康胶囊在发挥抗癌作用的同时,能提高机体的免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to study the effect of Lishengkang (LSK) capsule on immune function as well as that antineo-plastic effect. Methods The function of immune system of control group and tumor model group, which were treated with LSK capsule, was determined by measuring the weight of immune organ, granular carbon clearance, the level of serum hemolysin and activity of T4, T8, NK. Results The weight of immune organ and granular carbon clearance, and the level of serum hemolysin increased, the activity of T8 decreased and the activity of T4, NK was enhanced. Conclusion LSK capsule can strengthen immune function as well as has antineoplastic effect. |
