| 摘 要： | 目的:观察肢体深Ⅱ°烧伤创面早期削痂复合皮移植的临床疗效,探索治疗肢体深Ⅱ°烧伤创面的理想方法。方法:伤后3d内,对本组27例患者共32个肢体行削痂Ⅰ期复合皮移植,观察复合植皮成活率、外观质地以及肢体功能。结果:复合皮成活率95%;随访6~12个月,观察受区复合皮外观、弹性良好,肢体功能满意。结论:对肢体深Ⅱ°烧伤创面行早期削痂Ⅰ期复合皮移植是积极有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the results of escharectomy and composite skin grafting in early stage on deep Ⅱ°burnt limbs,and to explore the ideal method for curing this kind of wound.Methods: Within 3days after being burned, the operations of escharectomy and composite skin grafting at first stage were carried out on 32 limbs of 27 cases.Survival rate of grafted composite skin,appearance and texture,function of limbs were observed.Results: Survival rate of grafted composite skins was 95%.By follow-up visit for 6～12months,the appearance and elasticity of composite skins showed very good,and the function of limbs were satisfactory. Conclusion: For deep Ⅱ°burnt limbs,the method of escharectomy and composite skin grafting in early stage is positive and effective. |
