小儿肠套叠空气灌肠整复96例分析

目的总结空气灌肠小儿肠套叠整复的经验,提高整复成功率。方法近五年96例小儿肠套叠行空气灌肠,并辅以手法按摩,解痉剂辅助,进行分析与讨论。结果96例中有回结型占72例(75%),18例为小肠型(18.7%),剩余6例为结肠型(6.2%)。空气灌肠整复成功率为85%。结论空气灌肠是诊治小儿肠套叠安全可靠的方法,具有创伤小、成功率高等满意的效果。

Analysis of 96 cases of intussusception in children reduced by air enema

Objective To generalize experience of air enema in children intussusception and to elevate the successful rate. Methods 96 cases of intussusception in children in the past 5 years were retrospectively analyzed .All these cases were treated by air enema , manual massage and spasmolysis. Results Of the 96 cases,72 were ileum-colon type(75%),18 were small intestine type(18.7%),6 were colon-colon type(6.2%).The successful rate of air enema was 85%.Conclusion It suggests that air enema reduction is safe and reliable methods for diagnosis and treatment of intussusception in children.It has perfect effect , littlet injury and high successful rate.
