| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药益肝降脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法64例脂肪肝病例口服益肝降脂方水煎剂,疗程6个月,观察肝脏B超、血脂、肝功能及体重、腰围变化。结果临床治愈18例,显效23例,有效16例,总有效率89.06%,治疗后血脂、体重明显下降(P<0.01)。结论提示益肝降脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝有良好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yigan Jiangzhi Decoction(YJ) in treating fatty liver.Methods 64 patients received YJ for 6 months.And B ultrasonic examination,blood lipids,liver function,body mass,waistline were examined.Results Among 64 cases,18 cases were cured,23 cases obtained marked effectiveness,16 cases improved and 7 cases failed,with total effective rate of 89.06%,blood lipids and body mass significantly decreased after treatment(P <0.01).Conclusion YJ is obviously effective in treating fatty liver with favorable safety.And it is effective for weight loss and the quite effective for hyperlipedemia. |
