纸质病案数字化的加工方式分析

目的通过对纸质病案数字化不同加工方式的特点、规模以及流程等方面的分析,为医院纸质病案数字化选择合适的加工方式提供指导依据。方法目前数字化的加工方式有两种,医院自行加工及公司加工,选择哪种加工方式要根据医院的加工对象、加工规模等因素决定。结果两种加工方式各有其优势和适用范围,它们在加工流程、加工对象、加工时限和加工成本上有较大差异。结论经过实践证明,两种加工方式的选择依据对医院纸质病案数字化具有较好的指导作用。

Analysis on Process Pattern of Paper Medical Records Digitalization

Objective through analyze different process pattern characteristics, scale and process etc of paper medical records digitalization, to provide guidance basis for it choosing the proper process pattern. Methods at present, there are two process pattern of digitalization. One is self-made process, the other is company process. How to choose the process pattern is decided by target and scale of process pattern. Results these two patterns have their own advantages and suitable range respectively, which having huge different in process, target, time limit and cost. Conclusion through practice, these two process pattern play a well guidance role in paper medical records digitalization of hospital.
