| 摘 要： | 目的 总结改良Kugel和CK补片修补成人脐疝的经验.方法 回顾性分析成人脐疝23例,男5例,女18例,平均62(43～83)岁.采用改良Kugel手术17例,采用CK补片手术6例.结果 23例患者随访6个月～5年无复发.改良Kugel适于5 cm以下脐疝,脐疝直径大于5cm,使用CK补片修补.结论 使用这两种材料修补脐疝的优点是操作简便,手术时间短,修补可靠.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate adult umbilical hernia repair with M-Kugel and CK mesh. Methods retrospective analysis was used in 23 cases. Results In 23 cases of adult umbilical hernia repaired using M-Kugel and CK mesh, 5 were males, 18 females, aged from 43 to 83 years , 17 were repaired by M-Kugel mesh and 6 by CK mesh. Follow-up for half to five years showed no recurrence. M-Kugel mesh fit with the diameter of umbilical hernia less 5cm, and CK mesh fit with the diameter more than 5cm. Conclusions Repair of adult umbilical hernia byM-Kugel mesh and CK mesh is safe and time-saving. |
