应用网片腹股沟入路GPRVS手术修补单侧复杂性腹股沟疝

目的 探讨应用巴德15 cm×15cm网片行腹股沟入路GPRVS手术修补单侧复杂性腹股沟疝的应用价值.方法 回顾2000年3月至2006年3月应用巴德15 cm×15cm网片行腹股沟入路GPRVS手术修补单侧复杂性腹股沟疝20例的经验.结果 本组男性15例,女性5例.右侧17例,左侧3例.其中1例女性病例为腹股沟区肌纤维瘤切除术后形成疝,4例为嵌顿性股疝.男性病例中有8例复发疝,其中2例为填充式无张力修补术后复发,6例巨大原发疝,1例巨大滑疝.术后随访3～60个月,无复发.结论 巴德15 cm×15cm网片行腹股沟入路GPRVS手术修补单侧复杂性腹股沟疝是有效的,同时比较经济.

GPRVS operation with Bard mesh for complex unilateral inguinal hernia

Objective To assess the value of GPRVS operation with Bard 15 cm×15 cm mesh for complex unilateral inguinal hernia. Methods We retrospectively reviewed the experience in GPRVS operation with Bard 15 cm×15 cm mesh for 20 patients with complex unilateral inguinal hernia between March 2000 to March 2006. Results In these patients 15 were male and 5 female. One female patient had a giant hernia after excision of groin desmoid. There were 4 female patients with incarcerated femoral hernia. In male patients, 8 had recurrent hernia, 6 giant originally hernia, and 1 giant sliding hernia.The 20 patients were followed up for 3～60 months. No recurrence was observed. Conclusion GPRVS operation is an effective and economic means for the repair of complex unilateral inguinal hernia.
