| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈部局部晚期异位胸腺瘤的临床特点和有效治疗方法。方法采取同步放化疗治疗颈部局部晚期异位胸腺瘤一例,结合文献回顾分析。结果一例43岁男性颈部局部晚期胸腺瘤患者,CT显示肿瘤与血管粘连无法手术切除。给予同步放化疗（60Gy）和2周期巩固化疗。放疗结束后随访1年半无复发。结论无法手术的颈部局部晚期异位胸腺瘤可以通过同步放化疗根治。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment of locally advanced cervical ectopic thymoma.Methods A locally advanced cervical ectopic thymoma patient treated with concurrent chemoradiotherapy was reported together with literature review.Results A case of 43-year-old man with locally advanced cervical ectopic thymoma was reported.Computed tomography（CT）examination revealed that the tumor adhered to the vessels and could not be resected.Concurrent chemoradiotherapy（60 Gy）was administered followed by 2 other cycles of consolidating chemotherapy.At present,1 year and 6 months after the end of the radiotherapy,no sign of recurrence was detected.Conclusion Concurrent chemoradiotherapy can be considered in case of unresectable cervical ectopic thymoma. |
