康艾注射液联合化疗对晚期消化道肿瘤生存质量的影响

目的观察康艾注射液联合化疗对晚期消化道肿瘤患者生活质量的影响。方法 120例晚期消化道肿瘤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用康艾注射液联合化疗,对照组采用单纯化疗,观察临床疗效、临床症状、体重、生存质量、毒副反应在治疗前后的变化。结果治疗后治疗组总有效率为53.3%,对照组为31.7%;治疗组外周血白细胞降低Ⅱ度以上的发生率为35.0%,对照组为58.3%;治疗组治疗后体重增加,临床症状减轻,生存质量评分升高,药物毒副反应发生率降低,两组之间比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论康艾注射液联合化疗治疗晚期消化道肿瘤有明显协同作用,能减轻化疗不良反应,改善临床症状,保护造血系统,提高免疫功能,改善患者的生活质量。

Effect of Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy on quality of life of patients with advanced digestive tract cancer

Objective To evaluate the effect of Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy on quality of life of patients with advanced digestive tract cancer.Methods 120 patients with advanced digestive tract cancer were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group received Kangai injection and chemotherapy,and control group only received chemotherapy.The response rate,the clinical symptoms,the body weight,the quality of life and the toxicity were compared between the two groups.Results The total response rates in the treatment group and the control group were 53.3% and 31.7% respectively,and there was significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The quality of life,the clinical symptoms and the body weight had better improvement in the treatment group than in control group（P 0.05）.The major toxic reactions had better alleviation in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Kangai injection combined with chemotherapy can improve patients′ condition,delay the progression of disease,reduce the toxic reactions and improve the life quality.
