十二指肠营养管在食管贲门癌术后的应用

目的探讨食管和贲门癌手术后肠道内外营养方法疗效有无差别。方法 221例食管癌贲门癌患者手术后随机分成两组,肠内营养组（EN组）与肠外营养组（PN组）,EN组术中放置十二指肠营养管,术后尽早即予以肠内营养。PN组术后予以周围静脉营养支持。监测两组患者其术后肠道功能恢复时间,出现瘘管并发症,平均住院天数及住院所需费用。结果两组间在术后肠功能恢复时间、住院天数及所需费用方面EN组明显优于PN组（P〈0.01）,术后瘘管并发症方面差异无显著性（P〉0.05）。结论食管癌贲门癌术中放置十二指肠营养管予以肠内营养,可明显改善患者术后营养,减少并发症且费用低廉。

Application of duodenal nutrition tube after operation of esophagus and cardia carcinoma

Objective To study whether there is difference in therapeutic efficacy between enteral and parenteral nutrition after the operation of esophagus and cardia carcinoma.Methods 221 patients with esophagus and cardia carcinoma after operation were randomly divided into 2 groups： enteral group（EN） and parenteral group（PN）.The cases in EN group accepted enteral nutrition through duodenal nutrition tube,PN group was given parenteral nutrition.The time for recovery of intestine function,postoperative fistula complications,days of hospital stay were observed.Results The time for recovery of gastro-intestinal function in EN group was shorter than that in PN group（P0.01）,the period and cost in hosipital of 2 groups were significantly different.The complications of intestinal fistula in postoperative period was not different significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion Nutrition support through duodenum nutrition tube is effective in improving postoperative nutrition in patients with esophagus and cardia carcinoma.
