摘    要:目的探讨免疫型肠内营养对食管癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法 40例食管癌患者随机分为免疫型肠内营养组(治疗组)与常规肠内营养组(对照组),每组各20例,均给予等氮、等热量的肠内营养支持。分别于营养支持前和连续营养支持治疗10d后测定淋巴细胞总数(TLC)、血清IgA、IgG和IgM,并进行对比分析。结果营养支持10d后,两组患者的淋巴细胞总数(TLC)、IgA、IgG与IgM均比治疗前升高(P〈0.05),且治疗组的淋巴细胞总数(TLC)、IgA与IgM较对照组上升的更明显(P〈0.01)。结论免疫型肠内营养较常规肠内营养支持能更加有效地改善食管癌患者的免疫功能,从而改善预后,更好地促进患者康复。

Influence of immunological-type enteral nutrition immunoreaction of patients with esophageal carcinoma

Abstract:Objective To investigate influence of immunological-type enteral nutrition on immunologic function of patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods Forty patients with esophageal carcinoma were divided randomly into immunological-type enteral nutrition group(treatment group)and conventional enteral nutrition group(control group)of 20 cases each.Enteral nutrition support with equal nitrogen and equal calorie was given to the 2 groups.Total lymphocyte count(TLC),serum IgA,IgG and IgM were measured before nutrition support and after continuous nutrition support for 10 days and compatative analysis was carried out.Results After nutrition support for 10 days,TLC,IgA,IgG and IgM in both groups increased compared with before treatment(P0.05).Increase in TLC,IgA and IgM of treatment group was more significant than that of control group(P0.01).Conclusion Immunological-type enteral nutrition can more effectively improve immunological function of patients with esophageal carcinoma compared with conventional enteral nutrition,thus improving prognosis and promoting recovery of the patient.
