芜湖市1957～2011年麻风病流行状况剖析

目的探讨芜湖市麻风病流行规律,更好的指导麻风病防治工作。方法收集1957年至2011年7月芜湖市麻风病发病资料,进行描述性分析。结果报告病例主要集中在1960～1974年,发病率由1960年的2.78/10万,降至1997年的0.05/10万,并一直控制在该水平之下。发现率最高为1972年的3.71/10万,2011年控制在0.5/10万以下。患病率最高为1972年的21.51/10万,2011年控制在1/10万以下。结论麻风病目前处于低流行状态,需要被动与主动发现两种方式相结合开展防治工作,加强社区居民的针对性健康教育和皮肤科医生、基层医务人员的专业知识培训以促进病例的早期发现。

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of leprosy in Wuhul 1957 -2011

Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of leprosy over the years in Wuhu and provide guid-ance for leprosy elimination. Methods Data of all leprosy cases were collected from 1957 to July 2011 in Wuhu city. Re-sults The new cases were concentrated from 1960 to 1974, the incidence of leprosy had decreased from 2.78 per 100000 population in 1960 to 0. 047 per 100000 population in 1997, and the incidence had been controlled at lower level since 1997. The highest discovery rate was observed in 1960 with rate of 3.71 per 100000, and the highest prevalence rate was observed in 1972 with rate of 21. 51 per 100000. The discovery rare and prevalence rate were both remained stable under 1 per 100000 in 2011. Conclusion Leprosy vreoalence in Wuhu was at low level. In order to prevent and control transmis-sion ,combination of passive and active case - finding should carried out, medical training and health education should be strengthened.
