滁州市2009～2012年医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析

目的分析滁州市2009～2012年部分医疗机构消毒质量情况,找出消毒工作中存在的问题,为预防和控制医源性感染提供依据。方法按卫生部《消毒技术规范》、《医疗消毒卫生标准》和《消毒与灭菌效果的评价方法与标准》的方法和要求对173家医疗机构,采集来自于空气、物体表面、医护人员手、使用中消毒液、灭菌医疗用品、压力蒸汽灭菌器、紫外线灯样品5 506份,通过检测,评价消毒效果。结果 5 506份样品中,合格率为87.1%,2009～2012年合格率分别为82.2%、85.5%、89.1%、90.5%,合格率呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(χ2=59.14,P<0.01);县级、私营、村级三级医疗机构检测合格率分别为89.7%、83.0%、86.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=47.81,P<0.01)。结论滁州市医疗机构消毒质量逐年提高,仍需进一步加强对医护人员的消毒知识与技术培训,定期开展监督检查工作。

Analysis of monitoring results of disinfection effects in medical units from 2009 to 2012 in Chuzhou city

Objective To analyze monitoring results of disinfection quality situation from 2009 ～2012 in Chuzhou,find out the problems existing in medical units and put forward some measures to prevent or control the nosocomial infection.Methods Disinfection effect was randomly monitored and evaluated according to the Ministry of Health ＂ Technical Standard for Disinfection（2002） ＂,＂ Hygienic Standard for Disinfection in Hospitals＂（GB15982-1995） and ＂ Evaluation Method and Standard for the Efficacy of Disinfection and Sterilization＂（GB15981-1995）.A total of 5 506 samplings from air,surface of objects,hands of medical staff,disinfectant being used,sterilization of medical supplies,pressure steam sterilizer and UV lamp were collected in 173 medical institutions.After detection,we evaluated the disinfection effects.Results Of the 5 506 samplings,the eligible disinfection rates from 2009 to 2012 were 82.2%,85.5%,89.1% and 90.5%,respectively,while total eligible rate was 87.1%.The eligible disinfection rate was rising.There was a significant difference among different classes of medical institution for the disinfection efficiency and the rates were 89.7% 、83.0% and 86.1% in country medical institutions,private hospital and village institution,respectively.Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical institutions in Chuzhou city had been improved year by year,but we still need to strengthen the disinfection knowledge and technical training for medical staffs.Regular supervision and inspection should be done.
