淮北市2009～2011年手足口病流行特征分析

目的对2009～2011年安徽省淮北市手足口病流行特征进行分析,为手足口病防控措施制定提供科学依据。方法运用描述流行病学方法对淮北市2009～2011年手足口病监测数据进行整理分析。结果 2009～2011年,淮北市手足口病发病率较为平稳,年平均发病率143.63/10万;呈现个别地区高发表现;季节性高发明显,4～6月出现高峰;发病年龄主要集中在5岁以下,发病数占总病例数的96.98%(8427/8689),其中1岁组最多,占总病例数的52.60%(4570/8689),而且重症病例出现比例高。所有重症病例均发生在5～7月份。结论淮北市手足口病流行存在季节性高发,5岁以下儿童发病为主。

Epidemiological characteristics of hand - foot - mouth disease in Huaibei city, 2009 - 2011

Objective HFMD disease epidemic situation analysis of 2009 -2011 in Huaibei city in Anhui province to explore appropriate and standard responses, effective prevention and control work. Methods using epidemiological methods described in Huaibei city analysed with HFMD disease outbreak that occurred in 2009 -2011. Results 2009 -2011, be- come more stable incidence of hand - foot - mouth disease in Huaibei city, annual average incidence rate maintained at 143.63/100.000; high performance in some areas. High seasonal clear that appear on performance for the April -July peak; age at onset of cases concentrated in the age of 5, morbidity accounted for the total number of cases （96.98%） , which groups up to the age of 1 percent of the total number of cases （ 52.6% ） , and prone to severe cases. All severe cases have occurred in may - July. Conclusion There is seasonal varition of hand - foot and mouth disease in Huaibei. Morbidity is mainly the children under age of five.
