利福平治疗小儿急性细菌性痢疾临床分析

目的：探讨利福平对小儿急性细菌性痢疾的疗效和安全性。方法：50例急性菌痢患儿随机分成利福平组和诺氟沙星组，进行两组疗效比较和统计学处理。结果：利福平组退热、止泻、烘培养转阴时间的短于诺氟沙星组，差异具有显著意义（P＜0．01），未发现药物不良反应。结论：利福平治疗小儿急性细菌性痢疾安全有效。

The clinical analysis of rifampicin treatment on acute bacterial dysentery in children

Objective: To study the curative effect and the security of the treatment with rifampicin on bacterial dysentery in children. Methods: Divided 50 patients into a Rifampicin group and a norfloxacin group at random, and used the data from these two groups to do statistics analysis. Results: It is shown that the time of defervesce, diarrhea discontinue and feces culture turning into negative in rifampicin group were all less than those in norfloxacin group, they had significant difference (P<0. 01) . No rifampicin' s poison and side-effect in treatment were observed. Conclusion: The treatment with rifampicin of the bactrial dysentery in children is safe and effective.
