广西龙州县医防合作控制结核病3年效果分析

目的分析龙州县医防合作结核病防治模式效果,为结核病防治工作可持续发展提供可参考。方法收集2006-2011年龙州县实施医防合作前、后各3 a龙州县结核病门诊登记资料,结合结核病防治规划工作月报表、季报表及年报表,对综合医疗机构患者转诊总体到位率、可疑肺结核症状者就诊率、肺结核患者登记率和治愈率等主要指标进行统计分析。结果 2006-2011年龙州县综合医疗机构转诊结核病患者及疑似结核症状者的总体到位率平均为82.73%(1 394/1 685);初诊患者就诊率平均为315/10万(5 172/1 644 314);活动性肺结核患者登记率平均为80.70/10万(1 327/1 644 314);涂阳患者治愈率平均为84.82%(475/5 60);涂阴患者完成疗程率平均为72.65%(518/713)。转诊患者总体到位率、可疑肺结核症状者就诊率、涂阳患者治愈率和涂阴患者完成疗程率等在2009年实施医防合作模式后3 a(2009-2011年)优于实施医防合作前3年(2006-2008年),活动性肺结核患者登记率则是实施医防合作前3 a(2006-2008)优于实施医防合作后3 a(2009-2011年)。结论医防合作结核病防治工作模式有成效,提高了结核病防治的工作质量,应继续巩固和发展该工作模式。

Guangxi Longzhou County medical prevention effect analysis of tuberculosis control

Objective To analysis and prevention effect of tuberculosis prevention and control mode of cooperation of Longzhou County medicine, can provide reference for the sustainable development of TB control work. Methods The 2006-2011 years that the implementation of medical defense cooperation, each for 3 years in Longzhou county tuberculosis registration data, combined with tuberculosis prevention and control work monthly, quarterly and annual reports, to the general hospital referral in place, the overall rate of suspected tuberculosis symptoms, treatment rate of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis registration rate and cure index rate for statistical analysis. Results l_~ngzhou County 2006-2011 year comprehensive medical institutions referral of tuberculosis patients and suspected tuberculosis symptoms in place for the average rate of 82.73 % （ 1 394/1 685）; treatment of patients with newly diagnosed rate is 315/10 million （5 172/1 644 314）; patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis registration rate is 80.70/10 million （ 1 327/1 644 314）; smear positive patients cure rate was 84.82 % （average 475/560）; smear negative patients complet- ed the course of treatment for the average rate of 72.65 % （518/713）. Referral overall arrival rate, patients with suspect- ed tuberculosis symptoms, treatment rate of smear positive patients cure rate and smear negative patients completed treatment rate of medicine in 2009 and cooperation mode after 3 years （2009-2011 years） than the implementation of medical defense cooperation 3 years ago （2006-2008）, in patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis registration rate is the implementation of the medical defense cooperation 3 years ago （2006-2008） better than 3 years after the imple- mentation of the medical defense cooperation （2009-2011）. Conclusions Medical prevention tuberculosis preventionand control work mode effectively, improve the quality of TB control work, should continue to consolidate and develop the work mode.
