| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨健康教育路径在肾移植患者中实施的效果。方法：将116例择期肾移植患者随机分为对照组(n=58)和实验组(n=58)，对照组按传统方法进行健康教育，实验组采用健康教育路径实施健康教育；对两组患者进行健康教育效果评价和比较。结果：两组健康教育效果的差异存在显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：应用肾移植健康教育路径对病人进行系统、规范的健康教育，可以明显提高健康教育效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of clinical pathway of health education in patients with kidney transplantation. Methods: A total of 116 patients with kidney transplantation were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group (n=58 in each group). The patients in the control group received traditional health education, and the patients in the experimental group experienced the clinical pathway of health education. The effect of health education was assessed and compared. Results: There was significant difference in the effect of health education between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinical pathway of health education in patients after kidney ransplantation can significantly improve the effect of health education. |
