| 摘 要： | 目的 观察经尿道联合前列腺电切（TURP）和经尿道前列腺汽化电切（TUVP）治疗良性前列腺增生的治疗效果. 方法 对124例良性前列腺增生患者采用经尿道联合应用TURP和TUVP手术治疗切除前列腺. 结果 国际症状评分（IPSS）术前为（24.4±5.1）分,术后为（12.4±2.3）min（t=3.73,P＜0.05）;生活质量评分（QOL）术前为（4.3±1.2）min,术后为（2.1±0.2）min（t=3.61,P＜0.05）;剩余尿量（RUV）术前为（78.1±13.2）ml,术后为（38.2±9.7）ml（t=4.92,P＜0.05）. 结论 经尿道联合应用前列腺电切和前列腺汽化电切是治疗良性前列腺增生的安全有效的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of TURP combined with TUVP in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods TURP and TUVP were used to treat 124 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Results The bleed during the operation was limited.The IPSS,QOL and RUV were significantly improved after operation. Conclusion TURP combination with TUVP was safe and effective method in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. |
