| 摘 要： | 目的:观察高血压脑出血患者术后实施早期肠内营养支持的疗效和护理。方法:高血压脑出血患者分为早期肠内营养组和延迟肠内营养组,比较两组患者住院天数,伤口愈合情况,并发症预后。结果:早期肠内营养组住院时间短,维持营养状态好,并发症低,预后高于延迟肠内营养组。结论:重型高血压脑出血患者术后应实施早期肠内营养。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effects of early enteral nutrition on post operative patients suffered with critically hypertensive cererial haemorrhage and to explore the nursing care in these patients. Method :40 cases were randomly divided in two groups:early enteral nutrition (EEN) group (21 cases)and delayed enteral nutrition (DEN) group (19cases) . To observe the hospitalized days, wound healing, complication and prognosis. Result:There were shorter hospitalized days and lower complicated incidence and keeping better nutrition status and better prognosis in EEN group than those in DEN group. Conclusion :EEN should be given in post operative patients suffered with critically hypertensive cerebral haemorrhage patients. |
