| 摘 要： | 塔里木油田通过在数字化石油专用管螺纹测量仪器的研究开发、无线数据传输技术、质量统计、分析技术等方面的攻关, 研发出了一套基于物联网, 集产品检测方案、检测过程、质量控制一体化的石油专用管数字化检测系统和质量管理系统, 实现了石油专用管数字化检测, 并借助网络技术实现检测数据的实时采集、存储、传输和处理, 基本建立了高效实用的数字化、网络化石油专用管产品检测和质量管理体系。

| Abstract: | Based on research and development of digitalized oil country tubular goods (OCTG) thread measuring instrument, wireless data transmission technology, quality statistics and analysis technology etc. in the TarimOilfield, a set of digitalized detection system and quality management system of OCTG has been developed. It is based on Internet of Things (IoT), and integrates the detection of products scheme, testing process, and quality control, achieving digitalized OCTG detection; moreover, with network technology, it achieves real - time acquisition, storage, transportation, and processing of the inspected data. A highly - efficient, practical, digitalized, and networked OCTG product inspection and quality management system has been basically established. |
