摘    要:双向转诊信息平台的建设打破了 "信息孤岛",实现跨地域、跨机构的医疗机构间诊疗信息的互通共享,是解决新医改分级诊疗问题的有效途径。在对区域双向转诊信息平台的应用现状及平台主要功能进行综述的基础上,分析总结现有双向转诊信息平台的优势及不足,并从强化信息标准体系建设与应用、促进各医疗信息平台互联互通、加强信息安全建设和平台数据开发利用几个方面提出相应的改善建议,为建立更加完善高效的双向转诊信息平台提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract:The construction of two-way referral information platform breaks the"information island"and realizes the sharing of diagnosis and treatment information among medical institutions across regions and institutions.It is an effective way to realize hierarchical diagnosis and treatment in the new medical system reform.Based on the review of the application and main function of regional two-way referral information platform,this paper summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing two-way referral information platform and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions from the following aspects:establishing and perfecting the standard system of information.system,promoting the interconnection of various medical information platforms,strengthening the construction of information security,and strengthening the development and utilization of platform data.It provides reference for the establishment of more perfect and efficient two-way referral information platform.
