我院2014-2016年儿科用药咨询回顾性分析

目的:总结分析我院门诊儿科用药咨询的基本情况,为药师临床药学服务提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,收集我院2014-2016年的门诊用药咨询记录,按年度对其中儿科用药咨询的比例、咨询人员、涉及药品、咨询内容等进行分析。结果:我院2014-2016年的门诊用药咨询记录共计2 735例,其中,儿科用药咨询296例(10。8%),2014、2015、2016年所占比例逐年增大,分别为8.5%(68/796)、9.9%(89/902)、13.4%(139/1 037)。患儿家长是儿科用药咨询的主体,儿科用药咨询涉及的药品类别以抗菌药物和中成药为主;咨询内容主要为用法用量,共计117例(39.5%),其中超说明书用法用量咨询占44.4%(52/117)。结论:儿科用药咨询是药学服务的重要内容,药师应不断提高咨询服务水平,确保儿童用药合理、安全、有效。

Retrospectively Analysis of Pediatric Medication Consultation Cases from 2014 to 2016

Objective: To summarize and analyze the situation of pediatric medication consultation in clinic service and provide reference for pharmaceutical service of clinical pharmacists. Methods: The medicine consultation services were collected from 2014 to 2016, the frequency of consultations, the classifications of drugs and advisory contents were retrospectively analyzed. Results: From 2014 to 2016, there were 2,735 cases of medicine consultation, and the pediatric medication were 296 cases (10.8%), and the frequency has increased (8.5%, 9.9%, 13.4%) in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Most of types of consultation drugs were antimicrobial agents and Chinese patent medicine during the 3 years. The contents of consultation were mainly about usage and dosage, totally 117cases (39.5%). Moreover, consultations of off-label drug use were 44.4%. Conclusion: Pediatric medication consultation is so extremely in pharmaceutical service that pharmacist should constantly improve their service level to ensure safety, rationality and effectiveness of pediatric medication.
