耐碳青霉烯类大肠埃希菌致儿童血流感染伴多发皮肤脓肿治疗的药学监护

目的:探讨临床药师参与儿童多重耐药菌感染治疗中耐碳青霉烯类大肠埃希菌致儿童血流感染的药学监护实践。方法:通过药师参与1例由耐碳青霉烯类大肠埃希菌引起的血流感染伴多发皮肤脓肿患儿的抗感染治疗过程,讨论儿童患者多重耐药菌抗感染策略。结果:临床药师结合当地医院的药敏结果和文献资料,建议采用美罗培南联合头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦抗感染治疗。治疗后未见新发脓肿,既往脓肿愈合较佳,多次血培养及分泌物培养阴性,预后良好。结论:临床药师全程参与针对多重耐药菌感染的抗感染方案的制定和调整,能有效地对患儿进行药学监护,体现药师的价值。

Pharmaceutical Care of Bloodstream Infection Combined with Multiple Dermapostasis Caused by Carbapenem-Resistant Escherichia Coli in Children

Objective: To explore the clinical pharmacists paticipate in the treatment of bloodstream infection combined with multiple dermapostasis caused by carbapenem-resistant Escherichia coli in children. Methods: Clinical pharmacists participated in one case of bloodstream infection combined with multiple dermapostasis caused by carbapenem-resistant Escherichia coli, and discussed the treatment strategy of multi-drug resistant bacteria infection in children. Results: Combined with drug sensitivity results of the local hospital and literature, clinical pharmacists suggested to use meropenem combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium. After treatment, no new abscess was found, and the wound healing was good, blood and secretion culture were negative, and the prognosis was good. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists participate in the formulation, adjustment of anti-infective therapy entirely, can make the pharmaceutical care effective, embody the values of clinical pharmacists.
