武汉市铁路旅客列车德国小蠊的抗药性调查

目的了解武汉市铁路旅客列车德国小蠊对不同杀虫剂的抗药性,以及胶饵对其杀灭效果,以便科学合理地开展德国小蠊防治工作。方法采用药膜法测定德国小蠊对7种杀虫剂的抗药性,实验室观察4种常用胶饵对德国小蠊的药效。结果德国小蠊对残杀威、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、敌敌畏、乙酰甲胺磷、氯菊酯和胺菊酯7种杀虫剂的抗性倍数分别为5.73、2.93、2.99、8.55、4.44、7.13、6.62倍。4种胶饵1.5%残杀威、0.05%氟虫腈、2%氟蚁腙和6000 PIB/g蟑螂病毒对德国小蠊72 h累计死亡率分别为73.33%、88.33%、61.67%、100%。结论应采用综合措施防治旅客列车上的德国小蠊。

Insecticide resistance of Blattella germanica on passenger trains in Wuhan

Objective To investigate the resistance of Blattella germanica against different insecticides and the efficacy level of gel bait on passenger trains in Wuhan,so as to scientifically and reasonably carry out the prevention and control of Blattella germanica.Methods The resistance of Blattella germanica against seven insecticides was determined by drug film method,and the efficacy of four commonly used gel baits on Blattella germanica was observed in laboratory.Results The Blattella germanica developed 5.73,2.93,2.99,8.55,4.44,7.13 and 6.62 folds resistance respectively to propoxur,beta-cypermethrin,deltamethrin,dichlorvos,acephate,permethrin and tetramethrin.The 72 h cumulative mortalities of Blattella germanica caused by four kinds of gel baits,1.5%propoxur,0.05%fipronil,2%hydramethylnon and 6000 PIB/g cockroach virus,were respectively 73.33%,88.33%,61.67%and 100%.Conclusion Comprehensive control measures should be adopted to control the density of Blattella germanica on passenger trains.
