儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病化疗后发热抗感染的药学监护

目的:通过参与急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患儿化疗后抗感染治疗过程,探讨儿科临床药师在ALL 治疗中的作用。方法:临床药师对1 例化疗后发热的ALL患儿进行抗菌药物用药监护,为临床制定抗感染治疗方案提供建议。结果:临床药师协助临床医师正确合理地使用抗菌药物,ALL患儿好转出院。结论:临床药师参与ALL患儿抗感染治疗方案的制定,进行药学监护,可提高抗菌药物临床应用的合理性。

Pharmaceutical Care in Anti-Infection Treatment of Children with Fever after Chemotherapy of AcuteLymphoblastic Leukemia

Objective: To explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of anti-infection of children with fever afterchemotherapy of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Methods:Clinical pharmacists supplied the pharmaceutical care for one case ofantimicrobial treatment after chemotherapy of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, provided recommendations for the clinical development ofanti infection treatment program. Results: Clinical pharmacists made the proper judgment to assist clinicians to use antibioticscorrectly and rationally, and this child was discharged from the hospital. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists can improve the rationalityof clinical application of antibiotics with participating in the formulation of anti-infection treatment program, to carry out pharmaceuticalcare.
