摘    要:目的:探讨静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)专用软件系统的应用及优化改进措施。方法:介绍我院PIVAS 专用软件系统的常用功能,分析软件系统在静脉用药调配工作日常使用中体现的优点,描述使用过程中的优化改进情况。结果:建立良好的信息管理系统,有效提升PIVAS 工作的限速点,在原有医院信息或专用软件的架构下,将条形码技术等数字化手段应用于PIVAS每个工作环节,确保输液调配与使用的安全与质量。结论:针对现有PIVAS 信息化系统提出具体的改进和优化措施,可使静脉用药达到全程信息化管理。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize pharmacy intravenous admixture services (PIVAS) current information technology and software systems to improve PIVAS function for daily work. Methods: Introduced our hospital PIVAS dedicated software systems commonly used functions, analysis reflected the advantages of the software system in daily use, described the optimization improvement in the process of use. Results: To establish a good information management system, enhance working speed limit point of PIVAS, under the existing hospital information or proprietary software architecture, the digital means such as bar code technology applied in PIVAS each work link, ensure the safety of transfusion deployment and the use and quality. Conclusion: Improvement and optimization the existing PIVAS information system in a hospital pharmacy resulted in intravenous drug reaches full information management.
