我院2015年7月至2016年6月住院患儿抗菌药物使用情况分析

目的:回顾性分析住院患儿抗菌药物的使用情况,促进临床合理用药水平的持续改进。方法:从我院2015年7月至2016年6月的归档住院病历中随机抽取样本进行分析,重点点评抗菌药物的使用情况,结果按2015年7-12月和2016年1-6月两阶段分别记录并进行比较。结果:2015年7-12月共抽取病历1 430份,其中,930份(65.03%)使用了抗菌药物,抗菌药物应用不合理比例4.09%(38/930);2016年1-6月共抽取病历1 465份,其中,837份(57.13%)使用了抗菌药物,抗菌药物应用不合理比例11.35%(95/837)。抗菌药物不合理使用情况主要表现为给药时机不适宜、特殊级抗菌药物使用不规范、疗程不适宜、联合用药不适宜、抗菌药物品种选择不适宜、用药指征不明确、用法用量不适宜。2015年7-12月不合理用药现象主要为疗程不适宜和联合用药不适宜;2016年1-6月不合理用药现象主要为给药时机不适宜、特殊级抗菌药物使用不规范。结论:我院住院抗菌药物合理用药水平有待提高,须加强对医师、药师的培训,开展持续督查工作,实施奖惩措施,促进抗菌药物合理使用。

Contrastive Analysis of Antibiotics Using in In-Patient Children from July 2015 to June 2016

Objective: To analyze antibiotics using in in-patient children, promote the improvement of the clinical using of antibiotics. Methods: Medical records were randomly selected from July 2015 to June 2016, checked the applying of antibiotic and analyzed. The results were recorded and compared between July to December 2015 and January to June 2016. Results: A total of 1,430 medical records were extracted from July to December in 2015, 930 medical records had used antibiotics, and the rate of antibiotic using was 65.03%, 38 (4.09%) of all the medical records were irrational. A total of 1,465 medical records were extracted from January to June in 2016, 837 medical records had used antibiotics, and the rate of antibiotic using was 57.13%, 95 (11.35%) of all the medical records were irrational. Conclusion: The rationality of antibiotic using should be more regular. We should enhance the cultivation of doctors and pharmacists, carry out supervision work, take prize and punishment measure, and promote the rational using of antibiotics.
