| 摘 要： | 探讨甘油处理后的异体小血管移植，实验对象为35只家兔，分3组：Ⅰ组5只作腹壁浅动脉结扎，Ⅱ、Ⅲ组均15只分别作自体、异体动脉吻合，观察4周。发现：Ⅰ组5个皮瓣均坏死，自体和异体血管移植后通畅率为100％。结果表明：98％的甘油异体处理后的小动脉移植在4周内通畅良好，甘油可使组织无菌，并能降低异体小血管的抗原性。

| Abstract: | Small artery allografts preserved in 98 % glycerol were researched. 35 rabbits were divided into three groups: In group Ⅰ (5), superficial epigastric arteries were tied; In group Ⅱ (15 ) and group Ⅲ(15), artery autograftand artery allograft were respectively performed. After four weeks' observation, necroses were found in the hypo-gastric flaps of group Ⅰ. The patency rate for both group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ was 100%. The results showed thatsmall artery allografts preserved in 98% glycerol had experimental and clinical significance. |
